What Do The Specialists Say about serious injury claims?
David Healey from Carter & Carter Solicitors in Stockport commented on these possible serious injury claims earlier:
“The biggest issue with coach and bus incidents is that there are not necessarily seat belts or if there are, passengers do not always wear them. If a bus or coach rolls as in this case and a passenger is not strapped in, they have a fair way to fall upside down before banging their head on the roof as it rolls. An impact to the head with those kind of forces could easily result in serious injury.”
