First Things First – Be wary of offers direct from your insurer
Please note, on occasions legal expense insurers will contact clients directly without my knowledge to see whether they want to instruct a different solicitor under the terms of the insurance policy. The reason that insurers write to clients in these terms is because if the case is transferred the insurers receive a referral fee from the new solicitor! It has to be said that whilst it may be in the insurer’s commercial interests to see a client transfer their case it will not necessarily be in the client’s best interests – you may be assigned a less experienced practitioner.
We can and will still help you even where the legal expense insurer insists on you using their nominated solicitor. In short, we believe that we can look after you and protect your interests better than anyone else. Put me to the test and see if you agree!

Hear a few words from one of our happy clients
“We acted for Mr Morley following an accident he suffered at work when he was struck by a fork lift truck. We presented and won the claim for him and he had the following to say: " We have dealt with Carter and Carter on 3 occasions in the last 3 years, at every stage we have felt confident that all was being done that could be done. I would recommend Chris to anybody with a legal issue. Well done and thank you for making everything so easy."
