First Things First – Be wary of offers direct from your insurer
Please note, on occasions legal expense insurers will contact clients directly without my knowledge to see whether they want to instruct a different solicitor under the terms of the insurance policy. The reason that insurers write to clients in these terms is because if the case is transferred the insurers receive a referral fee from the new solicitor! It has to be said that whilst it may be in the insurer’s commercial interests to see a client transfer their case it will not necessarily be in the client’s best interests – you may be assigned a less experienced practitioner.
We can and will still help you even where the legal expense insurer insists on you using their nominated solicitor. In short, we believe that we can look after you and protect your interests better than anyone else. Put me to the test and see if you agree!

“Mr Morley's claim arose out of a serious mistake made by his chemist which resulted in him taking the wrong amount of medication over a period of time with nasty consequences. Mr Morley told us: " Mr Carter and his team gave a first class service. They were always at the end of the phone to answer away concerns."
