Untraced Drivers Accident Saleem Moussa, London

Mr Moussa was involved in an accident where the defendant motorist failed to stop. The claim was brought through the MIB untraced driver’s scheme. Initially the MIB knocked back the claim on the basis that it felt our client was to blame. However we were able to make representations to the MIB which persuaded them to change their opinion and offer a full award.
