Prior to this, my impression from others was that claim solicitors were quick to act, not always in your interest and definitely not ones to feel any empathy, so were looking for a quick buck.

Meticulous detail and every step of the way honesty and explanation so you knew exactly where you were. This gave such peace of mind!
Emails quickly answered and you never felt a fool asking a question, even if those questions might have been trivial in retrospect.
